The Laundry Process

Our linen goes through a series of procedures which will cleanse it of soil and other infectious elements. The laundry process is divided into several departments, each performing specialized tasks:

• Soil Sort
  
• Wash Room
  
• Flat, Tumble, OR Inspection
  
• Packing
  
• Quality Control / Linen Repair
  
• Distribution
  

Soiled Linen Receiving Dock

Each day, tens of thousands of pounds of linen from throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Maryland are delivered to our Laundry plants.

Soiled linen is unloaded at the soiled linen receiving dock.
